Directions

Blend all the ingredients for Mango Tahini Sauce (garlic, mango, chili garlic sauce, tahini, rice vinegar, agave, and salt) and set aside.

Dip your rice paper into warm water and let sit for 15-20 seconds. Set on a flat surface and top with a 1/3 cup of zoodles, couple tablespoons of shredded carrots, a couple tablespoons of shredded cabbage, a few slices of bell pepper, 3-4 (or more) slices of red onion, 1 sprig of cilantro.

Fold the bottom half of the wrapper over the filling, hold the fold in place, tuck in the sides and roll tightly (watch video for example). Enjoy with your Mango Tahini Sauce!
