Press the saute button on the Instant Pot. Once pot is warmed, add the oil. Once oil is hot, add the onion and garlic. Saute for 5 minutes.

Add the ground turkey and saute until you no longer see any pink (3-4 minutes).

Add the pasta sauce, spaghetti, and water. Close the lid on the instant pot and make sure it's in the sealed position. Cook on manual for 9 minutes.

Cook release and garnish with cilantro (optional). Enjoy hot!
