Marinade chicken with all the ingredients for at least 2 hours, if possible overnight is best.
Preheat grill to medium-low heat. Close the lid and let heat up for about 10 minutes.
Once grill is heated, spray with oil spray and place chicken, skin side down, on the grill. Do not move and let cook with lid down for about 8 minutes.
Flip to other side and cook for an additional 8 minutes. Enjoy hot!
