Who doesn't love a hot cup of coffee first thing in the morning? Since it's fall and everything is pumpkin flavored, I figured it would be a perfect time to share my favorite Skinny Pumpkin Spiced Latte recipe. I make mine with unsweetened almond milk, but you can use whatever milk you prefer. I love how this is so delicious and only a fraction of the calories of what a normal PSL drink at Starbucks would be. Definite win!
In a small saucepan, bring the milk, pumpkin butter, pumpkin pie spice, and sugar to a boil. Make sure to constantly stir.
Once boiling, add the hot espresso shots. Mix well and pour into 2 cups. Add whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon (both optional). Enjoy!
