Whenever I get on a crazy health kick, I like to do it all! This is my go to smoothie recipe after a hard workout. It's protein packed with the protein powder and collagen powder and really gives you all the energy you need in the morning. This smoothie is so filling, that I rarely eat anything until 10:30-11. Place all ingredients in a blender or Nutribullet and blend until completely smooth. Enjoy!
