 1 can chickpeas (drained and rinsed)
 ½ cup diced cucumber
 ½ cup diced tomatoes
 ¼ cup diced red onions
Salad Dressing
 2 ½ tbsp lemon juice
 1 ½ tbsp olive oil
 ½ tsp salt
 ½ tsp black pepper
 ½ tsp Italian Seasoning

Mix all ingredients for the salad dressing and set aside.

Add all chopped ingredients for the salad into a bowl. Top with dressing. Mix and enjoy chilled!
