This recipe is so good that once I eat one shrimp, I just can't stop. Bang Bang Sauce is something I stumbled upon on the web (from the restaurant Bonefish Grill) and was very intrigued. I later found many food bloggers recreating it and once I read the ingredients, I knew that I had to make my version of it! This is so delicious and takes no time at all to make!

Mix together all your ingredients for your Bang Bang Sauce (mayo, Thai Sweet Chili Sauce, and Fix Sriracha Hot Sauce) in a medium sized bowl and set aside.
Heat a frying pan on medium heat and add coconut oil to the pan.
Mix the shrimp with the cornstarch and the minced garlic until the shrimp is well coated.
Add your shrimp to your heated pan and fry for about 4-5 minutes. Make sure and stir the shrimp around so that all sides develop a nice color.
Once your shrimp is cooked, add it to the bowl that has the Bang Bang sauce. Mix well until every shrimp is coated in the Bang Bang Sauce.
Place your cabbage slaw in a big bowl or platter. Place your Bang Bang Shrimp on top. Garnish with cilantro and some more Fix Sriracha Hot Sauce and enjoy!
