Butternut Squash and Green Bean CurryI wanted to start making and reviewing certain recipes from recipe books that I own. This one is from a the "I Love Trader Joe's Party Cookbook" that I received as a gift since I do love my Trader Joe's! This recipe was good, but lacked flavor that is often associated with Desi cuisine.  I would make it again, but would definitely add more spices!
Skinny Butter PaneerWho loves butter chicken?! I know I do, but I also equally love butter paneer! Coming from a Bengali household, butter paneer was not something I had often, but once I discovered it, I was in love. With this lightened version (that has no butter or cream) you will be able to have it often!
