Chicken Noodle Beet Soup

This is one of the easiest recipes that you will come across! It take a few ingredients and is done under 30 minutes! Perfectly hearty, this Chicken Noodle Beet Soup is great for those busy weeknights!

Ingredients

2 cups chicken broth

2 chicken breasts

1 tbsp garlic & herb seasoning

2 tsp black pepper

2 tsp smoked paprika

4 beets (peeled and quartered)

1 cup pasta

Directions

1Set instant pot to saute mode and add all the ingredients except for the pasta.

2Cook the soup on manual pressure for 22 minutes.

3After the 22 minutes, quick release the steam, and break the chicken into 4-5 smaller pieces. Set the instant pot to saute mode and add the pasta. Cook according to the package direction.

4Once the pasta is cooked, enjoy the soup hot!
