Healthy Protein Green SmoothieWhenever I get on a crazy health kick, I like to do it all! This is my go to smoothie recipe after a hard workout. It's protein packed with the protein powder and collagen powder and really gives you all the energy you need in the morning. This smoothie is so filling, that I rarely eat anything until 10:30-11. Skinny Pumpkin Spice LatteWho doesn't love a hot cup of coffee first thing in the morning? Since it's fall and everything is pumpkin flavored, I figured it would be a perfect time to share my favorite Skinny Pumpkin Spiced Latte recipe. I make mine with unsweetened almond milk, but you can use whatever milk you prefer. I love how this is so delicious and only a fraction of the calories of what a normal PSL drink at Starbucks would be. Definite win!
